Short Bio

I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology. I am also the Director of Ph.D. and M.S. Program in Information Security.

Education: I received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan, in 2008, 2009, and 2014 respectively. My advisor was Prof. Gwoboa Horng.

Work Experiences:

  • Visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Washington, 2013 (supported by Graduate Student Study Abroad Program of Taiwan NSC).
  • Postdoctoral fellow at Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, 2014-2017 (granted by Academia Sinica Postdoctoral Fellowship 2015-2017).
  • Visiting scholar at Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, 2018.
  • Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Yuan Ze University, 2017-2020.
  • Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Yuan Ze University, 2020-2022.
